What exactly do you do?
We're a one-stop compliance firm for real estate owners. We monitor every agency for new violations, filings, and deadlines on your properties, we execute the work to resolve them, and we keep all your documents and records organized in one place. You don't need to chase agencies, fill out forms, or remember deadlines — we do all of it.
Who do you work with?
Owners, landlords, property managers, and management companies — from single-building owners to large multi-property portfolios. If you own or manage real estate and have to deal with city or state agencies, we can help.
What agencies and violation types do you handle?
All of them. DOB, HPD, FDNY, DEP, DOT, ECB/OATH, DOH, and every other agency that touches your property. That includes routine filings, inspection coordination, violation resolution, permit work, facade compliance, Local Law 97, elevator and boiler compliance, and everything in between.
How is this different from a violation tracking software?
Trackers just tell you there's a problem. We actually solve it. We monitor, we file, we coordinate with inspectors and contractors, we communicate with agencies, and we keep your records organized. You don't get a notification telling you to do something — you get an update telling you it's done.
How quickly will I know about a new violation or filing?
Usually within hours. We monitor agency data continuously, so the moment something hits your property record, it's in our system and we're already working on it.
How much does it cost?
There is no monthly fee, no subscription, and no upfront cost. You pay per service — only for the work you actually request. Pricing for each service is provided up front, so there are no surprises.
How do you calculate deadlines?
We pull deadlines directly from agency records and cross-reference them with the relevant code requirements. So when a violation is issued, we know the exact cure period, the penalty schedule, and the escalation timeline — and we work backwards from that to make sure nothing slips.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted and logged, and we never share your property or owner information with third parties. We treat your records the same way a law firm or accountant would.
Can I see everything you've done for my properties?
Yes. Every filing, every document, every communication, and every resolution is logged and accessible to you in one place. You can pull up the full history of any property at any time.
